The `devcontainer templates apply` command hangs

I'm attempting to test a new dev container template I'm creating. When using the `devcontainer templates apply --template-id 'ghcr.io/mcollier/logic-app-dev-container-template/logic-app-standard' ` command, the command appears to hang (doesn't exit successful . .. . just hangs). I can use CTRL+C to exit. The files in the folder look correct, and thus seems like the template was applied correctly.

Could there be something wrong with my template? Or a bug in the `devcontainer templates apply` command?
