Hi,
I got received a 404 error when trying to `npm install` the [puppeteer example](https://github.com/dequelabs/axe-devtools-html-api-examples/blob/main/Node/puppeteer/package.json#L16). The reason is because `@axe-devtools/reporter` does not exist. I also couldn't find `@axe-devtools/reporter` online as well
