React Native Sliding Up Panel

All of the bottom sheets / views are done with React Native Sliding Up Panel, this dependency has not been updated in two years and is just inferior to React Native Bottom Sheet, which is actively maintained. So we should refactor all the sliding up panels to use the React Native Bottom Sheet dependency.

Start by locating the dependency configuration and every usage of React Native Sliding Up Panel in the repository. Inventory the bottom sheets and views that use it, then migrate them to React Native Bottom Sheet and verify that each panel still works as expected.
