Publishing for easy use

To make it easy for people to use in their own projects, maybe this could be published as an npm package - only including the HOC.

A couple things that jumped to mind for myself

* Possible to have the bootsrapper run automatically the 1st time the HOC is used?
* react should be a peer dependency, but not sure about ink? I'd guess most people using this would have react-cli installed instead of ink, so maybe it should be a regular dependency of this package?
