UI improve of recipes section

In the Recipes section, I noticed some UI improvements could be made:

1. The `Random` picker box takes up too much width; it would be better if we adjusted the Hero section layout to make it more balanced.

2. The selected recipe cards don't look polished; they should be centered within the cards and given a more refined, polished appearance.

Recipes セクションから始めて、Hero layout、Random picker box、selected recipe card components を確認します。現在の UI と添付されたスクリーンショットを比較し、picker の使用幅を減らし、カードが中央揃えで洗練されて見えるように、layout のバランスとカードの配置を調整します。関連する viewport sizes で Recipes セクションが正しくレンダリングされることを確認します。
