USAGE not displayed when multiple verbs defined

Hi
It seems that when you have multiple verbs defined, the USAGE: text is not being displayed. I worked around this by just setting HelpWriter = null and then implementing custom help with HelpText.AutoBuild. If I only define a single verb then I see a USAGE entry being written to the console.
I ran into this using 2.8.0.
