change logging server from localhost to arbitrary ip

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install python-loggingserver
2. start server and test harness
3. go to ip address of server from workstation on port 9021

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The log results in FF, get 404, No Such Resource.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Twisted 10 installed from src on aix 5.3 for the server. Client is win7, ff3.

Please provide any additional information below.
I see that loggingtest.py has a key for logging_server, I do not see how to
change the address of the server itself from localhost to 192.168.1.18.

Start with loggingtest.py and the server startup path, then reproduce the listed steps using the server address 192.168.1.18 and port 9021. Determine how the server address is configured and verify that visiting the address from the workstation no longer produces the reported 404 response.
