Not possible to select a workspace for deletion or delete a workspace when in queue

When a workspace is in the state "Build pending provisioner deployment" and has a position in queue, its not possible to select the workspace for deletion in the UI

1. on the workspaces tables, clicking the checkbox on the left of the row immediately navigates to the workspace page
2. on the workspace page, the 3 dots button in the upper right corner is disabled

The only way to attempt to delete the workspace is to select all workspaces with the checkbox, then uncheck all other workspaces then use the bulk delete action. This still leads to a backend error when attempting to delete.

Riproduci il problema con un workspace nello stato “Build pending provisioner deployment” che abbia una posizione nella coda, verificando sia la casella di controllo nella tabella dei workspaces sia il menu con i tre puntini nella pagina del workspace. Poi segui il percorso di bulk-delete e il relativo errore del backend. L’attività è completata quando il workspace può essere selezionato ed eliminato direttamente, senza azioni disabilitate né un errore del backend.
