Not possible to select a workspace for deletion or delete a workspace when in queue

When a workspace is in the state "Build pending provisioner deployment" and has a position in queue, its not possible to select the workspace for deletion in the UI

1. on the workspaces tables, clicking the checkbox on the left of the row immediately navigates to the workspace page
2. on the workspace page, the 3 dots button in the upper right corner is disabled

The only way to attempt to delete the workspace is to select all workspaces with the checkbox, then uncheck all other workspaces then use the bulk delete action. This still leads to a backend error when attempting to delete.

Reproduziere das Problem mit einem Workspace im Status „Build pending provisioner deployment“, der eine Warteschlangenposition hat, und prüfe sowohl das Kontrollkästchen in der workspaces-Tabelle als auch das Drei-Punkte-Menü auf der Workspace-Seite. Verfolge anschließend den bulk-delete-Pfad und den Backend-Fehler. Fertig ist die Aufgabe, wenn der Workspace direkt ausgewählt und gelöscht werden kann, ohne deaktivierte Aktionen oder einen Backend-Fehler.
