Consider replacing unix timestamps with ISO timestamps

Having human - readable timestamps (as it is done in `settings` package and elsewhere in Codeigniter) instead of unix timestamps in available_at and created_at fields would be helpful when debugging the application where Codeigniter Queue is used.
