Is there a way to specfiy tsconfig.json path from ci ? for example i have a tsconfig.json in codeceptjs directory in my application root, and i run `npx codeceptjs run --steps -c codeceptjs/codecept.conf.js`, it will produce ts error, i'm wonder is there a way like `TS_NODE_PROJECT='./codeceptjs/tsconfig.json'`
