Send event to Sentry and Intercom when "Server Error" page shows up

# Problem
I'm not quite positive how this will work, but when a user hits the "Server Error" page, we do have access to Intercom, and Sentry, for sending events.
We could:
- Send an error to Sentry
- Send an event to Segment (and Intercom)
- Automatically send a message to the user in-app asking them what preceded the error and apologizing for it
