Update member-list-item integration test to use page objects

# Problem
When adding the modal-confirm component, new page objects were created for
modal-confirm and member-list-item. All acceptance tests were updated to use these new page objects. As was the integration test for modal-confirm. All that remains is to update the integration test for member-list-item to use page objects.
