Hello Team,

Honestly, I don't know what the expected state is, but I found a potential formatting issue. There is a bit of an odd "Note" section in the `Create a Multi-region Database Schema` document.

There is one large "Note" section, and it includes a lot of headings `Multi-region in CockroachDB`, `The users table`, `The vehicles table`, `The rides table`, `Next steps`, and `See also` in one "Note" section.

I guess that the expected status is that only the following sentence appears in this "Note", and other headings should be excluded from this "Note".

I might miss something, but I wanted to bring this to your attention. Could you please take a look?
