It looks like the [documentation](https://cloudnative-pg.io/plugin-barman-cloud/docs/intro/) is missing 'barman plugin upgrade' chapter to address the following questions:
- how to upgrade from barman plugin 0..4.0 to 0.7.0 ?
- is it possible to upgrade from 0.4.0 to 0.7.0 directly or one should use the consecutive upgrade path, like 0.4.0 -> 0.5.0 -> 0.6.0 -> 0.7.0 ?
