Improve the Home Page

The home page hasn't had any changes done since the beginning of CloudNativePG.
There are many relevant pieces of info that we could be reflecting here.
E.g. Volume snapshots. Kubecon talks. OpenShift certification

The content we do have there is spread out and somewhat generic.
Maybe we should have a compact table with a feature listing, which could start in the first screenful.

Webサイトのホームページから始め、現在のコンテンツが最初に表示される画面内でどのように配置されているかを確認します。issueで言及されている関連情報（volume snapshots、KubeConの講演、OpenShift certification、既存のfeature contentを含む）を一覧化します。ページに簡潔で明確なfeature listingと、より焦点の絞られた最新情報が表示されれば完了です。
