preview:duration effect was shortened to preview:du when uploading a video

v1.28.0

Issue - preview:duration effect was shortened to preview:du when uploading a video using `Cloudinary::Uploader.upload`

Error - CloudinaryException: Eager Invalid effect in transformation: du_15.0

Bắt đầu từ Cloudinary::Uploader.upload và tái hiện lần tải video được báo cáo bằng các phiên bản SDK và Ruby đã nêu, kiểm tra xem preview:duration chuyển thành preview:du ở đâu. Issue không nêu tệp hay test nào; được xem là hoàn tất khi tên hiệu ứng đầy đủ được giữ nguyên và lần tải lên không còn trả về lỗi du_15.0 invalid-effect.

Do mô hình lập chỉ mục viết ra từ nội dung của issue.
