D1 crashes indefinitely when trying to export database with Virtual Tables (fts5)

### Describe the Bug

If you try to export a remote database that has virtual tables on it, the export will fail and the database will become completely inaccessible.

The database will throw an error for any query received and it also won't load in the dashboard.

And then, for any query received:

D1_ERROR: Currently processing a long-running export.
