There is no stable channel for the openshift gitops operator

We applied the YAML file under setup for git ops operator. It is configured as if there is a stable channel for the openshift-gitops-operator. Installation stuck with `constraint unsatisifed` error.
Available channel name is `latest`.
We changed the applied YAML content to make the channel `latest` and installation worked.

Inspect the YAML files under setup and find the openshift-gitops-operator subscription channel setting. Compare it with the available channel reported in the issue, then verify that installation completes without a constraint-unsatisfied error using the updated manifest.
