License Clarification

I just realized on the code I contributed in the original pull I never added the license header to the top of the files. Just for clerical reasons I am creating this issue to state that myself and @RainwayApp transferred our code into CefSharp under the same BSD-style license.

Now that this separate project exist, we can contribute some additional fixes. Thank you!
