Add an animation for Slider value change

## Describe the Feature
A prop to enable animating the movement of the Slider since just by updating the value it looks very "grainy" and is subpar for anything presentable

## Possible Implementations
There is the same functionality in https://github.com/jeanregisser/react-native-slider and it works well for iOS, but for me disables the Slider when testing in debug mode on Android.
