[iOS] Slider doesn't trigger onValueChange/onSlidingComplete when adjusted with Detox adjustSliderToPosition()

## Description

I am using [detox](https://wix.github.io/Detox/) to automated some tests and just faced the fact that using [adjustSliderToPosition()](https://wix.github.io/Detox/docs/api/actions-on-element/#adjustslidertopositionnormalizedposition) API doesn't trigger `onValueChange` nor `onSlidingComplete`, so in my case it's like the slider hasn't been moved (it is, visually, but programmatically, no call have been made)

## Reproducible Demo

I can't really do a quick demo :/

Start by reproducing the issue through Detox's adjustSliderToPosition() API and trace the iOS slider event handling. Done means adjusting the slider programmatically triggers both onValueChange and onSlidingComplete; the issue does not name a source file or test to run.
