feat: update non standard components to the latest Material Design specs

The goal is to go through non standard components like the following:
- Avatar
- Banner
- Data Table

and reuse recently added theme tokens (shape, motion, typography, colors etc). As these components are non standard, explore similar spec components for consistency.

Compare each component with similar Material Design components using the linked M3 specifications.
