Label is not aligned center vertically while increase the height

When set a height for a TextInput in outlined mode, the label is not vertically centered. If you apply paddingVertical, the label overlaps the outline.

Reproduce the outlined TextInput with an increased height and paddingVertical, using the screenshots as the expected visual reference. Start by locating the outlined TextInput implementation and its label layout logic; done means the label is vertically centered and does not overlap the outline when the input height changes.
