BottomNavigation.Bar Animation stuck after upgrading to React native 0.80.1

### Current behaviour
When i click on any tab on the tab bar, the animation is stuck, i have to click it multiple times to get the full animation to be completed. Happens on both iOS and Android. Started happening after upgrading React native.

### Expected behaviour
Should animate normally giving the ripple effect.

### How to reproduce?
Using BottomNavigation.Bar with React Navigation. Worked fine before upgrading React native to 0.80.1, was on react native 0.79.2

Commencez par reproduire le problème via BottomNavigation.Bar avec React Navigation sur React Native 0.80.1, en le comparant avec 0.79.2 sur iOS et Android. Suivez les points d’entrée de l’animation et du ripple de BottomNavigation.Bar, puis vérifiez qu’un seul clic sur un onglet termine normalement l’animation dans les deux environnements.
