@pchmn/expo-material3-theme's functionality should be a direct part of this library

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
The last release of @pchmn/expo-material3-theme is from July 2023. While I understand that there is not much to update on this tiny library, with RN 0.73 there is a breaking bug of it still depending on JDK 11. I opened a PR to change the 3 lines to make it depend on JDK 17 (which hasn't been approved *yet*), but I'm slightly concerned that future PRs to fix breaking bugs might not be approved too quickly. This repo also isn't very popular, so there mightn't even be enough people to care about opening PRs.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
A function built directly into this library which will return the `color` object containing the system theme's colors, which can be used in a theme to pass to `PaperProvider`.
