TextInput animations are slow

### Current behaviour
I have used MD2 and MD3 also, but bugs still occured when I type characters quickly. Labels were overrided by text that I have keyed in.

### Expected behaviour
Label move smoothly. Label and value work separately.

### How to reproduce?
It is easy to reproduce on React Native Paper Examples app.

We can figure out this bug easily.

I have tried some configurations but all of them are buggy.

Start with the TextInput behavior in the React Native Paper Examples app and reproduce the issue by typing characters quickly under both MD2 and MD3. Trace the label and value animations, then verify that the label moves smoothly without being overridden by the entered value.
