Disable default animation on iOS 26

### Bug summary

Basically same as this https://github.com/callstackincubator/react-native-bottom-tabs/issues/45 but for iOS 26. Is there some native props for it? I assume yes when I check the "App Store app. See the video (it has some strange effect specially on the buttons):

Using react-native cli.

Commencez par reproduire le problème de l’exemple BottomTabsStack avec disablePageAnimations sur iOS 26, puis comparez le comportement avec l’issue 45. Examinez le point d’entrée natif de l’animation des onglets et les props disponibles ; le travail est terminé lorsque l’animation par défaut indésirable est désactivée sans interrompre la navigation entre les onglets.
