Disable default animation on iOS 26

### Bug summary

Basically same as this https://github.com/callstackincubator/react-native-bottom-tabs/issues/45 but for iOS 26. Is there some native props for it? I assume yes when I check the "App Store app. See the video (it has some strange effect specially on the buttons):

Using react-native cli.

Start by reproducing the issue from the BottomTabsStack example with disablePageAnimations on iOS 26, then compare the behavior with issue 45. Investigate the native tab animation entry point and the available props; done means the unwanted default animation is disabled without breaking tab navigation.
