remove redundant documentation

This [http://proceedings.brainhack.org/submit/](page) has redundant information with the [docs](https://brainhack-proceedings.readthedocs.io/en/latest/AUTHORS.html). We should remove this redundancy and simply add a few summary lines with links to the most important sections of the docs.

Compare the content at http://proceedings.brainhack.org/submit/ with the AUTHORS section of the linked Read the Docs documentation. Identify the overlapping information and the most important documentation sections to link from the page. Done means the page contains only a brief summary with those links and no redundant content.
