boost_program_options failed to link due to undefined references

When building a program that uses boost::program_options a couple of undefined refereneces show up:

I am using CMake 3.14 and link boost in the CMake list like:

find_package(Boost 1.70 COMPONENTS filesystem program_options REQUIRED)

target_link_libraries(project ${Boost_LIBRARIES})
```

CMake/GCC Version: 3.14/7.4.0
Boost Version: 1.71*

Bắt đầu với cấu hình CMake được hiển thị trong issue, đặc biệt là find_package và target_link_libraries, sau đó tái hiện bản build Ubuntu x86_64 bằng GCC 7.4.0, CMake 3.14 và Boost 1.71. Công việc được xem là hoàn tất khi chương trình sử dụng boost::program_options được liên kết mà không có các undefined references đã được báo cáo.
