Wheelchair Format enable compulsory Yes or No / Open Closed compulsory for all meetings

I'd like to ensure that we are consistent with advice on accessibility for out meeting and making wheelchair access a compulsory yes/no function will ensure that an entry is recorded either way.

Around the world most meetings are closed by default as in the USA that's how they have them because its indicated that its dangerous for non addicts to turn up in lots of meetings. Our's is open by default but ideally we want groups to be advising explicity for all meetings whether they are open or closed.

This will use up 2 of the existing allowed 5 formats (the maximum NAWS can import) so that means we'll have to limit other formats to 3. If meetings are vitual/hybrid that will limit it to 2 other formats. It would be great to have this built into the smarts on the form.
