Incomplete local installation instructions

So I cloned this repository, copied `.env.example` into `.env`, added in my OpenAI Key and then ...

yarn install
yarn run dev

But launching the web browser on localhost port 5173 does not result in an application, just a generic Laravel window.

Can you share how to configure writeout.ai to run locally.

Start with the documented setup sequence: copy .env.example to .env, add the OpenAI key, run yarn install and yarn run dev, then open localhost:5173. Trace why this produces only the generic Laravel window and document the missing configuration or startup steps so a fresh clone reaches the application.
