This is a followup task from #3059.

The main idea would be to rewrite or write additional analysis tests that cover the glob usage within the `whl_library_targets` macro.

まず #3059 のフォローアップコンテキストを読み、whl_library_targets マクロの既存の分析テストを見つけます。現在カバーされていない glob の使用ケースを特定し、その後、glob に関する分析動作がカバーされるようにテストを追加または修正します。
