AWS Account ID is blank

I have a local installation of Jenkins and I am attempting to use temporary credentials but the system isn't giving me an AWS Account ID.

I saw [this ticket](https://github.com/awslabs/aws-codedeploy-plugin/issues/4) which seems to be a similar issue but it was apparently fixed years ago. Is it back or am I misunderstanding something?

System info:

ソースファイルもテストも指定されていません。Jenkins 2.89.1、macOS 10.12.6、CodeDeploy 1.19 で一時的な認証情報を使用して空の AWS Account ID を再現し、その後、リンクされた issue #4 と動作を比較してください。原因を特定し、想定される account ID の動作を文書化または修正できれば完了です。
