Missing Option to overwrite in case there are files in destination (--file-exists-behavior)

It would be great if you add the option to set the --file-exists-behavior so that we can choose what do do in case a file exists.

Right now if a file exists the deploy just fails.

Issue では、ファイル、テスト、エントリポイントが特定されていません。まず、deployment オプションの処理と AWS CodeDeploy の呼び出し箇所を探します。完了の条件は、宛先ファイルがすでに存在する場合に deployment が失敗するのではなく、ユーザーが要求されたファイル存在時の動作を選択できることです。
