Community Feedback Handling

Why are we closing issues created with generic wording.

The issue was non-technical about having a proper mechanism to gather feedback, and address it publicly to improve usability, and transparency with the community, and to bolster the open-source nature of the project (or at least what it should be).

Please address this properly.
