S3 Transfer Manager with the AWS CRT-based S3 client is very slow compare to SDK 1.11.49

### Describe the bug

Download a file of 3.7 GB
Transfer manager SDK 1.11.49 -> Completes in 2 minutes 27 seconds
AWS CRT-based S3 client -> Completes in 4 minutes 46 seconds

### Expected Behavior

AWS CRT-based S3 client is faster than Transfer manager SDK 1.11.49

### Current Behavior

AWS CRT-based S3 client is faster than Transfer manager SDK 1.11.49
