Feature Request: Add folder option to github-location when create deployment

I don't know if this is the right repo to submit this issue, so if this is not the right place, please forgive me.

So i had a monorepo with multiple apps, and `create deploy --github-location` only provide repo and commitID, but not the folder so the deploy agent can't find the `appspec.yml` under my root folder (which i store in each app's folder), so i had to switch to s3, this is pretty inconvenient though.

Or maybe there's a workaround to this, if so please let me know, tks!

`create deploy --github-location` コマンドから開始し、そのリポジトリとコミット ID がデプロイ処理にどのように渡されるかを追跡します。Issue ではファイルやテストは指定されていません。完了条件は、指定したフォルダーを使用して、デプロイエージェントがモノレポ内のアプリの `appspec.yml` を見つけられることです。
