Looking for code that connects to Redshift using IDC BrowserAuthPlugin, seems like I am missing some important params

Start with the redshift_connector.connect call and the BrowserIdcAuthPlugin parameters shown in the issue. Trace how those arguments form the startup packet and compare the required IDC authentication inputs with the reported missing PostgreSQL user error. Done means the required connection parameters are identified and a working or clearly reproducible connection example is provided.
