Autocomplete not working when using MacPorts

### Operating system

macOS 15.4.0 (24E5206s)

### Expected behaviour

When running `sudo port` I would expect to see Autocompletion, just like I do when I type `brew`

### Actual behaviour

Running `brew` shows the autocomplete function, however running `port` or `sudo port` doesn't.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open Terminal
2. Start typing `brew` and notice that autocomplete options appear
3. Delete and start typing `port` or `sudo port` and notice that autocomplete doesn't work properly

まず macOS Terminal で zsh を使って問題を再現し、q doctor と q restart を実行した後の brew、port、sudo port の自動補完を比較します。MacPorts のコマンドで brew と同様の自動補完が提供されれば完了です。payload は調査対象のソースファイルやテストを特定していません。
