Ctrl+C unable to interrupt ongoing Thinking and Tool call

macOS 15.6.1 (24G90)

### Expected behaviour

The ongoing thinking or function call should be interrupted when clicking Ctrl+C.

### Actual behaviour

The process continues until the answer of ongoing question wrapped up, then outputs: (To exit the CLI, press Ctrl+C or Ctrl+D again or type /quit)

### Steps to reproduce

Ask any question that involves Tool calls, then try to interrupt it using ctrl+c.

### Environment

```yaml
[q-details]
version = "1.15.0"
```

Riprodurre il problema nella q CLI dopo aver eseguito q doctor e q restart, usando una domanda che attiva una chiamata a Tool. Tracciare la gestione di Ctrl+C mentre Thinking e le chiamate a Tool sono attivi; il lavoro è completato quando l’attività in corso si interrompe immediatamente invece di completarsi e mostrare l’indicazione di uscita. Nell’issue non sono indicati né un file sorgente né la posizione di un test.
