Ctrl+C unable to interrupt ongoing Thinking and Tool call

### Operating system

macOS 15.6.1 (24G90)

### Expected behaviour

The ongoing thinking or function call should be interrupted when clicking Ctrl+C.

### Actual behaviour

The process continues until the answer of ongoing question wrapped up, then outputs: (To exit the CLI, press Ctrl+C or Ctrl+D again or type /quit)

### Steps to reproduce

Ask any question that involves Tool calls, then try to interrupt it using ctrl+c.

### Environment

```yaml
[q-details]
version = "1.15.0"
```

Reproduziere das Problem in der q CLI, nachdem q doctor und q restart ausgeführt wurden, und verwende dabei eine Frage, die einen Tool-Aufruf auslöst. Verfolge die Behandlung von Ctrl+C, während Thinking und Tool-Aufrufe aktiv sind; als erledigt gilt die Aufgabe, wenn die laufende Arbeit sofort beendet wird, anstatt abgeschlossen zu werden und den Exit-Hinweis anzuzeigen. Im Issue wird keine Quelldatei und kein Testort genannt.
