Hallucination on clearing context

### Expected behaviour

Error: Unknown command: '/reset'.

> The "/reset" command does not appear to be available in this version.
You're right, the /reset command isn't available in this version of Amazon Q CLI. In that case, your best option to clear the context is to:
1. Type /quit to exit the current session
2. Then start a new session with q chat

> /help
q (Amazon Q Chat)
Commands:
/clear Clear the conversation history
...

> /clear
Are you sure? This will erase the conversation history and context from hooks for the current session. [y/n]:

> y
Conversation history cleared.

> Can you tell me what we've chatted about so far?

### Steps to reproduce

LLM behavior is not reproducible of course. But the transcript above should give a good idea of how to try.
This was happening in Q CLI 6June2025 morning Mountain time.
