Add support for VSCode remote/Jetbrains remote

Currently the remote functionality relies on the ability to set environment variables for the remote shell, VSCode and Jetbrains both spawn long running remote instances that prevent new connections from setting environment variables. Finding a work around to setting these environment variables for remote shells is needed to add this feature.

まず VSCode Remote と JetBrains Remote Development のリンクを確認し、CLI が現在リモートシェルで環境変数にどのように依存しているかを追跡します。長時間実行されるリモートインスタンスが新しい接続にどのような影響を与えるかを調査し、サポートされている回避策を特定します。VSCode と JetBrains の両方のリモート環境でリモート機能が動作し、新しい接続でこれらの変数を設定する必要がなければ完了です。
