amazon q not installed properly

まず、報告されている `Q_TERM` パスと zsh 環境を使用し、macOS 15.4 の Hyper で `q doctor` と `q restart` を実行して報告を再現します。ターミナル統合のインストールと再起動チェックを追跡します。オートコンプリートが機能し、`q doctor` が統合エラーを報告しなければ完了です。
