Write Documentation

Create internal documentation for code, as well as the wiki, and deploy to github pages.

The issue names internal code documentation, the wiki, and GitHub Pages as the scope, but gives no files or entry points. Review the repository and current wiki publishing setup first, then document the code and wiki and verify that the result is deployed to GitHub Pages.
