まず Atom 1.61.0-beta0、Electron 11.5.0、ide-python 1.9.7 でのアクティベーションを再現し、その後、報告された TypeError を atom-ide-debugger/node_modules/@atom-ide-community/nuclide-commons-ui/Dropdown.js から ide-python/node_modules/@atom-ide-community/nuclide-debugger-common/AutoGenLaunchAttachUiComponent.js まで追跡します。完了の条件は、報告されたエラーなしで ide-python がアクティベートすることです。
