Local Python packages

Hey, I just installed it after having to use python again. In the past I used pyenv (or others) and what i liked in that was that installed packages are placed locally in the folder that the installation is being made. Same as nodejs does it.

Is that something that `asdf-python` supports?

As I havent found the option to change that sofar.
