Unwrap phase function

Any plan to add a phase unwrapping algorithm using Itoh's method for 1D array?

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the existing Python array-operation bindings and how new algorithms are exposed, then determine the expected 1D input behavior for Itoh unwrapping. Done means the algorithm is available through the bindings and its behavior is covered by tests.
